WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE OUR WEDDING?

HOW DO PAYMENT SCHEDULES WORK?
If you’ve already put a deposit down on a date and then have to move/cancel, the deposit is non-refundable and for weddings/elopements a new deposit will have to be made in order to hold your new date. Under certain circumstances exemptions may be made and weddings will be allowed a date change. I want the best for all of my clients and will attempt to find the best solution! However I do allow 1 reschedule date for local/travel sessions. I don’t do this to get more money of out you, but only because this is my profession and how I pay the bills, meaning I count on these dates to be our income for that time.
For weddings as a minimum, you can expect at least 600 photos. Elopements I deliver at least 250 photos depending on hourly coverage. I don’t limit the number on how many you will receive, but I don’t leave any moments out. Every wedding is different and varies from the last and numbers are always changing. If you are curious to see some full wedding galleries, please feel free to ask! I am happy to send over a few so you can get an idea of what a full gallery looks like.
No. I do not. Editing is half the process/magic that goes into the photos and without that huge step the images are only halfway done. I promise to never leave any moments out that you’ll want/need, and if you feel we missed delivering a photo, just ask! I am more than happy to check back through the images and send it over for you. I promise I wont let you miss out on any memories!
I require a deposit at the time of booking to hold your date and the remaining due two weeks before your wedding. For a shoot, payment is due the day of the session. The deposit is 25% for all session types and weddings. Travel fees will be paid in advance when I begin booking flights, hotel, transportation, etc..

I, Christina, photograph every session and wedding together unless there is an emergency where one of us can’t be there. If this situation were to happen, we will have another experienced photographer by our side on your wedding day. For videography, the man shooting that is Tyler.
I shoot with 2 Canon mirrorless cameras (Canon r6 and a Canon r5) and I have multiple lenses, a drone, and a flash for receptions! Yes, all of this is insured!
Yes! If you are down to bring me along, I am 100% down to be your thirdwheel! Travel fees are based on where we are traveling for weddings. If this is for an engagement session, the traveller package is for you and the travel fees are already included in that package.
In the situation that it rains for your engagement session we will reschedule as soon as possible to another day. If it rains on the wedding day, don’t worry! I’ve had weddings days where it rained the entire day, but I made the best of it for our couples! I will scout out the best locations for photos if we are completely rained out and make adjustments to the timeline so we can stay as close to it as possible

A link to your online gallery will be sent 2-3 weeks from the date of your engagement session and 6-12 weeks from the date of your wedding.
